Increased Line Items Description Length

Based on user feedback we increased the lengths of the line item name from 40 to 150 characters. According to customer feedback, we received, we had to acknowledge that 40 chars are too short to describe something properly.

All descriptions longer than 150 chars will be shortened automatically. However, please keep in mind that it is possible that a processors has shorter limits on line item descriptions and that therefore the description lines have to be shortened.
