Monthly Update March

We’re steadily working to implement new features into the wallee platform.

Below you find a monthly update of the work we did on the platform during March 2017. We focused on the implementation of some payment processors to reach a better market coverage in central Europe. Below you find an overview about the recently added processors. In order to get a complete overview including more information about how the processors can be configured have a look at the processor list.

Payment Processors

mPAY24 - an austrian payment service provider - has its focus in the start-ups industry as well as established online shops. Web, mobile and in-app payments are coming from a single source which is optimised for all devices. We integrated a basic set of local and international payment brands.

Trustly is banking payment schemes and lives by the slogan “shop and pay from your bank account”. The online banking payment technologies are and will be a big topic in the future when it comes to PSD 2. Trustly will be an important player in this area.

Braintree, acquired by PayPal back in 2013, is focusing on mobile and web payment systems for e-commerce companies. Their customers get a merchant account and a payment gateway. You can create your own Braintree account within minutes online. With the Braintree integration in wallee you are able to accept payments with PayPal and via all major credit card brands. The integration also enables you again to accept payments via Braintree also in your Shopify Shop.

SIX payment services is a big Swiss PSP and acquirer, which focuses on numerous industries and offers a variety of payment solutions. Customers can get everything from a single source and decide from a variety of local Swiss payment methods like Twint, PostFinance etc. as well.

Datatrans is the biggest Swiss PSP, which is specialized in online payment (e-commerce and mobile e-commerce). Their focus lies in experience and competences in bigger projects as well as complex and customized payment solutions.

Slimpay is a French payment service provider with its focus on SEPA direct debits, which is the ideal payment solutions for subscriptions. The checkout can be integrated on any website, mobile website or mobile applications. The wallee integration has a specific focus on merchants as all the payment states of the direct debit mandate are fetched automatically. On top of that you can also use the payment page addons to sell in installments.

Heidelpay is a German PSP which focuses on the complete handling of payments. They offer more than 200 international payment methods and 120 transaction currencies, everything which comes from a single PSP. We integrated a basic set of local and international payment methods.
