    1. Create wallee account

    Register with wallee free of charge. Register online in a few minutes to access the wallee portal.

    2. Activate acceptance contracts

    In order to be able to accept the various payment methods (Mastercard, Visa, PostFinance Card, etc.) with your terminal, you need acceptance contracts from so-called acquirers. You can conclude these contracts from the wallee portal. The acceptance of payments only works with such a contract.

    3. Unboxing & charging device

    Fully charge your device before using it for the first time. You will find cables and adapters in the scope of delivery.

    4. Establish data connection

    In order to activate your device, it needs a data connection. Usually, this should be established automatically via 4G / LTE by the included SIM card. Alternatively, you can also configure a WiFi via "Settings". Details can be found in the operating instructions.

    5. Enter activation code

    When you start your terminal for the first time, you will need your personal activation code. You will find this code as soon as your acceptance contract(s) have been activated by the provider, in the wallee portal in your "Space" under "Terminals". Please enter this code on your terminal.

Thanks to our advanced cloud API, you have numerous options with wallee. You can use your new terminal stand-alone, without any additional cash register. But you also have the option of integrating the terminal into your existing system. To do so, take a look at our interfaces to known systems.

In your account in the wallee Portal, you are in control: configure your terminal according to your wishes, view transaction overviews and details, or trigger the daily closing remotely, for example.
